arena tips for defeating rebels/phoenix and empire

anyone able to give me arena tips? i started back in march/april 2017 got to level 50ish or something stopped playing till septem 2017 now i am stuck on rank 3000-5000 i literally cannot win in the ar...

Also, you want to farm mods, and improve your speed secondaries on your arena squad, that will help there a lot
