Ventress, because for me she's harder to fight. I have an easier time with Talzin, because my main counters can prevent revives and heal off plague (Troopers, BH, Sith triumverate). But under Ventress lead, fast Nightsisters can catch up to me with the TM gain, then stunlock me, and prevent me from getting going again with the TM removal.

More difficult to predict what will happen against Ventress lead. When I look through nightsister walls in TW, where I can use my imperial troopers, I always look for Talzin leads, since they are easy targets. When Ventress is leading, characters gain TM as you reduce their health, and that can result in stuff like Daka suddenly getting a couple of stuns off, which can turn the battle. It's also easier to attack Talzin leads, because you can remove the extra plague, by simply making sure that you team has adequate healing.

Assaj is the better lead on D now with relics.

Asajj by a mile. The TM gain and added offense turn a fully relic'd NS squad into a headache. Can even surprise their "counters" every now and then. She has won many GAC's and is my go to choice for defense. I like Talzin for offense myself.
