They probably forgot to name resistance in that post.

If you notice, one of the instances of Forest Moon says requires Empire (leaving out droids), and the other two say nothing. I wouldn't read too much into it.

There haven't been any changes. Resistance (and Ugnaught) still valid in Ground War. Droids still valid in Forest Moon.
