well, bast is all about debuffs. i dont care from her speed, i dont care from her offense, i dont care from her tankiness (its offense, i gonna use for TW vs revan). whats left? just potency. i dont care if its overkill actually. and if i could sacrifice 10 speed for mroe 10 potency, i would do that actually. because thats all she needs.
