Pretty much just speed and crit damage (and maybe crit chance, I don't know what his base crit chance is). And if you plan on putting an omega on one of his abilities to make him taunt on droid teams then put protection on him as well

I would probably do speed and protection myself. Speed to go as often as possible to reduce his ultimate, and protection so he can survive until then.

He's the only droid on an HK lead team that I would equip with a speed set instead of a crit damage set even though he does have a pretty hard hitting basic attack with a high damage multiplier so it can get high.. I know that using covert operations will reduce his ultimate's cooldown by 6 (7 if you count the turn he is taking) and give him half a turn on top of it while his basic may reduce his cooldown by 1. So I would probably never attack with his basic based on what I see. Maybe I'm mistaken there though.

Now potency wouldn't be bad for his AoE expose, but when he has secret intel up he has 72% potency before mods which is plenty in general.

Running resistance, speed speed and more speed.

I essentially use him as a toon version of the executrix's ultimate tie fighter assault thing.

As soon as ID is off cooldown and is used, my guys tend to one shot every opponent. - I even use Bb8's 'share the secret intel' ability rather than his basic to help reduce ID's cooldown further.

Speed, he doesn't really need potency

if you're running zeta finn you really don't need speed. And he's also not really a damage dealer so I guess defensive stats are best like health or protection

If you are using Zeta Finn, health and protection isn't that important because you aren't going to be touched if you land the exposes
