Beskar Mando's Bonus Turn in Galactic Challenge

I believe that TM Swaps have the same priority as Bonus Turns. Possibly greater priority, actually - I know they were made to be intentionally faster than 100% TM, back when Thrawn came out (which was before both Bonus Turns at large and Overflow rules).

So it’s either RNG as to which goes first, or the TM swap goes first in all cases. Bonus Turns shouldn’t get priority over TM Swaps.
