Best build for dooku

Question

I have found dooku to be rather helpful as a filler character on a lot of my teams. I currently run him in a nihilus led sith team and he is awesome thanks to his counter attack power. However I was thinking about changing up his mods to best reflect his skills as both an attacker and counter attacker. I was thinking about maybe mixing potency and tenacity when he's on nihilus team to increase his debuff chances and improve resistance to debuffs. While on a different team I would use him as more of a tank to get some use out of his zeta unique and prolong his survivability. Any suggestions?

If on a Nihilus team I load him up with as much defense, protection and offense as I can. He already has good potency I believe? And tenacity I've never found to be effective enough to invest in.

I have been working on Dooku just recently and I was thinking on using potency / Defense / Health. Since I mainly run a Rebel team and wanted to invest on the dark side and Dooku is a good choice.

Offense and potency mods, secondary speed on arrow, protection as much as you can get. Avoid critical anything.

Dooku, especially under a Nihilus lead, does not need the offense. I have found tenacity to be far and away the most valuable for Dooku. Can't tell you how many times he resists a Palp shock, Sidious/Anakin health immunity, or R2 stun which turns the tide of a battle.

I currently run Protection triangle and Tenacity cross, with Tenacity/Potency/Health sets (would replace the Health set with tenacity if I had better mods)
