Best first order leader - phasma or unmasked kylo?

At one point I used to think that the first order was an awesome team. Phasma could use her lead skill to call for a load of assists which I thought was pretty neat. However I feel that she has become far less useful with the release of unmasked kylo ren. He has far more abilities and probably a more effective leader skill than phasma. So out of these 2 characters which one is better suited for lead?

    For those who put a zeta on Phasma already, they will likely be fine with her at lead... but for those who have not... with KRU lead, I think the Chrome Dome will be found in a Trash Compactor.

    Defensive... probably KRU, but not sure if this leaves a spot for Phasma on the team?

    In this case I'd probably skip phasma altogether. To me all she was good for was her leader skill with the assists. If she's not active leader phasma is nothing more than another squishy first order attacker.

    But wouldnt it still make sense to keep phasma on the team with KRU lead since she can give everyone TM and advantage and doesnt his lead say whenever FO attack with advantage... something something cant remember?

    @PiffGuru that's true. Kylo lead gives 20%tm whenever fo crits. So phasma's advantage definitely helps. but problem is she lacks damage.. but i can imagine her gaining 100% tm from her aoe, when she has advantage.

    but imho best fo team in mind is either
    krum lead, kylo, fost, fotp, foo
    or
    krum lead, kylo,foo,fost, fosftp

    KRU seems much better. You don't get the assists, but a regular Kylo could theoretically take every single turn in the game, if he gets all crits on his AOE every time.

    unfortunately kylo has been fixed not to crit at all on his aoe since the release of krum. you can see it from ability text
