Best leader for Resistance Squad - Finn or Poe?

Switching out my droid team. Boring to play and terrible on defense in this speed meta (I go from rank 40-50 to around 100 every day).

I'm running
7* Res Pilot
6* Finn
6* Poe
5* Rey
4* Royal Guard

All gear 8. I've had some success with this combo just wondering whether Poe's +15% potency leader ability is better than Finn's +35 defense.
