Wondering what mods people think work best for Teebo, particularly on slots 2,4, and 6 and also set bonuses?

- all potency mods ... 2 with speed and 6 with potency
try to get atleast 3* on all - Potency potency and more potency since his main use is in raids but I suppose damage could work as a sort of secondary mod to add on him
