Best "new" Resistance team?

Question

Hey all,With the addition of the 2 Resistance Heroes and the gear I put on Rose, Holdo and Pilot, a lot more options have popped up.Which is the best team you can make now under JTR lead? I'm thinking BB8 and R2 are mandatory? And the other 2 are the new heroes? And which team can best be made under Finn lead then?

I’ve seen a fun Finn led resistance team with Holdo, old Poe, and the veteran smugglers. It’s a real good Geos counter if you don’t wanna waste any better team on them in GAC.
