Best way to mod thrawn?
Is the best way to mod him so he’s fast to get fracture off quickly or build for prot/health so the fracture lasts longer? What have you guys found more effective?

Arena you want him to fracture super fast. For raids, slow him down so that the bosses are fractured longer
