Best ways to defeat Imperial Troopers?

Awesome advice once you have all or most Meta squads available, but there are many who don't. Theory crafting how to deal with Troopers using non-top tier teams is helpful for those who aren't nearing multi-million GP.

I have what I would consider decent mods on my Troopers, and they're not even my B, C, or D team. Close to +100 on Veers and Starck, +60-80 on Shore, Range and Snow. All custom. Not just health mods.
