In all honesty ,if I had all 6 of them at 7* but lvl1 and not geared at all?
I would leave out chopper.
The issue about Sabine is her farmability not her capability.
Chopper is just a secondary tank that occasionally remove buffs and give buff to enemy. And some marginal protection regain.
Sabine adds AOE that jnflicts expose, stagger, permanent defense down, crit chance up, hard hitting basic. With her zeta on demolish, she really demolishes stuff.
