I have noticed a few times lately when fighting vs biggs that he gains protection up when there are no target locks and no target locks refreshing. has anyone else seen this before? It makes its diffi...

HT's unique lowers breached enemies accuracy by -25% not evasion which is a big deal. While the -25% evasion would "just" make sure that your ships will hit (dodging chance is low anyway for most ships) the -25% accuracy will result in more dodges and wasted "key" attacks that could potentially cost you the battle.
It's also..well...frustrating to see the history on this bug report. While reported back in september and a quick response from EA_HighCommand the same month that they tested it and it would be WAI. Now, 4-5 months later, it gets flagged as a bug. 4-5 months that we had to deal with HT + XB teams having this advantage. God knows when this will get fixed (Hermit Yoda zeta took 6 months).
