I have noticed a few times lately when fighting vs biggs that he gains protection up when there are no target locks and no target locks refreshing. has anyone else seen this before? It makes its diffi...

1) not everyone has access to certain chars/ships, so it's not a "two way street" for everyone
2) the p2p ppl can take advantage of the bug from start on while the f2p need some time to catch up just to maybe find out that it got fixed
