Boba Fett's Unique question (Payout)

Boba's Fett unique gives him additional defense penetration equal to 200% of his current defense penetration when he activates his payout. However, Boba has 0% defense penetration. 200% of 0% is still 0%. What am I missing here?

Please help me understand what's going on here.

Then it shouldn't be difficult for CG to fix. After all, it seems to be just poor wording.

It's not poor wording. It's a lack of comprehension. Literally every ability that affects Armour Penetration also affects Resistance Penetration and vice versa. Combining them both under the term "Defence Penetration", though it can sometimes cause confusion, allows for more concise ability descriptions. Boba gains no benefit from his increased Resistance Penetration, but it is still increased. As said above, this is not something that needs reworded, but perhaps added to the in-game glossary of status effects etc we've always wanted.
