Boba is great for credit heist so keep focus on him. Arena you need gear and speed secondary mods stars are not essential. If your looking to improve you could try rex(l) DN chaze and either tfp or boba you might drop but once your gear level increases and your speed secondary improve it will be challenging either way you go in arena.
