Bonus Turn

Can someone explain to me how does "Bonus Turn" work? I was under the impression that Bonus Turn takes priority over 100% TM but in my latest GA battle my Sith Trooper was somehow outrun by B1 Battle...

A bonus turn does take priority among characters with 100% TM or more. You should check mechanics. Did anything cause SiT to lose some TM and fall below 100%? If it fell below 100% it loses the priority as well.
