I would not consider Sion, Nihilus, Thrawn or even Vader as the most ftp characters. Sion and Nihilus are hard farms. Thrawn is the most difficult legendary toon to acquire. Vader cant be farmed right away.
But agree on Palp. Too easy to get for what he is worth. Maybe they should adjust the difficulty to post mods.
