That's not a bug. That's her Unique. Don't use teams that reduce turn meter so she gets to take a turn and all that bonus protection will disappear.

Let me explain. Neat stacks protection (40%) every time you hit her. It only goes away if you take a turn. You have to give her a turn and then kill her. CLS removes turn meter from her, so she never got a turn. She most likely has like 6000% protection. CLS can’t hit through that.
