Building arena team

Don't even worry about the speed set right now. That's not required, especially not yet. First work on getting the arrow mod with a speed primary. A 5 dot one will give you +30 speed. Next, look for other mods with speed secondaries.
Here are a list of who has your speed arrows, put these on your arena characters asap, and work on farming better ones.
