You won't get the TM boost against JMK. His lead prevents it.
Incidently, your JML will have an effective starting speed of 657.3 (when not facing JMK). To calculate this you take speed and divide by remaining percentage turn meter to take a turn. 493 ÷ 0.75 = 657.3.
Edit: 710.7 speed of you didn't include JML's lead in your 493.
