Cant see her at all in the meta report for the top 100. Which comprises of about 56000 teams. So 56000 people arent using her. I would say thats a large enough sample to say no she isnt an instant win button or you would see a large number of them.

Also never called her "instant win button". Called her "universal "I WIN" button against AI" . Because I’m a bit angry at another lazy design of zombie type. Encourages cheese teams which target poor AI.
Such things as “cannot be revived, really never ever oooh, unless Zombie which cannot be prevented from revive”+ exploiting poor AI(intentionally poor), who will try to bash soul out of NEST even when it’s the dumbest thing to do.
She would be strong and viable even if her bonus protection did not evade any one of shock/fracture/buff prevention, this seems unnecessary...
