Is this really that important that that you have to make noise about it though? It's already been pointed out that he's got very average gearing requirements. What does it matter if they come at gear levels 7 and 8 instead of 8 and 10 or 8 and 11? GA has made it so you're going to want him at gear 12 anyway...
Seems to me like there are more important changes to make a fuss about.
