Nice try! But speed doesnt work like that. There is an team instinct guide on speed somewhere on the interwebs, you should read it. And leader speed abilities dont apply the first turn. The expose isnt the worst part, its the turn meter manipulation. If poe moves, uour whole team can take turns.
