CHARACTER STRATEGIES - Poe Dameron, Finn and Rey

I have both Luke and Finn at 4 stars, Luke is lvl 60 4/6 VII while Finn is lvl 57 3/6 VII. They hit about the same 1.3-1.6k uncrit. But I have heard so many good things about Luke and so many bad things about Finn, so weird.
