CHARACTER STRATEGIES - Poe Dameron, Finn and Rey

TLDR Poe is easy fix, instead of auto turn meter reduction on all characters have it be 'x' percentage per character. This way it's random as to whom he turn meter reduces and balances the scale. I don't know what % that would be but like 50-75% chance of turn meter per enemy.
