After the patch with echo, cody is now well and truly useless.

Nice one... 212th attack was only useful in raid and with echo's assists :

1. Extra damage on each assist on 212th attack
2. Gives turn meter to allies whilst doing his assist
3. Reduces the cooldown on 212th because of critical hit guarantee and number of assists

Please revert echo change devs or buff cody ;(
