Character Strategy- CC-2224 “Cody”

I'm not sure. Sans Echos ability I think Cody can be a very viable character and add some much needed diversity to the meta, but he needs the AI change and the other items I bulleted for the team. Otherwise, he'll just ride the bench. He gets killed quickly in the upper end of GW too, so he's quite limited.
