For me my issue with Echo is how the AI uses his debuff ability. "Oh crap, Rey has Foresight, BOMB THE ENTIRE TEAM!" LOL!. Honestly, if they would change Echo to only use his debuff when Taunt is on the board I'd be pretty happy to be honest. Then if they just remove his damage penalty for assisting that would be pretty sweet, or maybe reduced it down to like 10% - 20%. Such a severe penalty (40%) is unnecessary. Phasma essentially has the same passive ability as her leader and those assists only receive a 15% damage penalty, why 40%?
