But you're missing out on one persons possible HUNRENDS of dollars revenue, multiply that times the hundreds that are complaining and that number jumps to 10's of thousands of revenue lost!
I'm not trying to get negative here or the whole "EA needs the whales" argument, but from a business perspective those that spend significant money on this game should get a little more attention. I work in the Casino Gaming business and you better believe our VIP's that make up a small percentage of our player population but generate 80%+ of our revenue get a LOT of attention. When they submit a complaint on their customer survey, it's addressed within 48 hours. I neither expect nor want the personal attention we give our players, but when we purchase their products and we give feedback; I think we deserve a little attention in this type of forum especially when that product is brand new and there are issues to work out. It honestly just makes me want to spend less money on this game. Then throw in the way the mod system works and I'm further irritated with it all.
