Fracture makes taunt expire, and then he immediately retaunts. It's actually pretty damn cool

Edit: other posts here pointed out fracture is an ability block, so probably a bug for now. Wait for devs to make "taunt can't be prevented" tag or something. OR depending on how the sequence of events goes this may fall under advance rule set deal. Where fracture dispells taunt, taunt reapplies, and THEN fracture applies. Allowing taunt to stay
