So with Chirpa being this month's daily reward, I will finally unlock him. I keep seeing Chirpatine mentioned on the forums but honestly have no clue what it actually consists off besides the obvious....

Emperor palpatine gains 15% TM for every shocked enemy. So, if you shock all the little droids, and leave them standing, EP gets 90% TM every turn.
Chirpa, as leader, grants everyone 10% TM for using a basic attack. That pushes EP to 100% TM every turn so he can just go repeatedly for big damage.
The 3 tanks buy you time to shock the droids.
