Churrit OP discussion
So as I made clear yesterday churrit combined with baze is one of the only things I find "OP" in this game and I'm going to list why. I went to swgoh.gg and compared quite a few toons to churrit on...

Not saying chirrut and Baze aren't strong but they aren't the first to go outside their class.
Luminara is an attacker with healing abilities
Bariss is a healer with cleanse ability
Aalya is a support with heal ability
Mace is a tank with heal ability
Ahsoka is an attacker with heal ability
Hot rebel solider is a support with taunt ability
Yeah don't really know what kind of point your trying to make.
Toons have always went outside of roles but never excelled at multiple roles like chaze
My point is based on part of your argument that other characters do not excel at multiple roles. Luminara as an attacker excels as a healer. Bariss as a healer excels as a cleanser.
it will keep happening that characters excel at multiple roles. Chirrut and Baze just take it to the next level. They need to or what is the point of new characters if they do the same old same old. Why would people spend for new stuff when they can stick with the old for nothing.
There's a difference tho.
These toons came out gen 1 as I call it where they didn't have entire metas wrapped up in their kit.
An attacker that heals is way different than an attacker that heals/cleanses/buffs/ counters and does all those things better than other toons with specific ONE role purpose.
I've been gaming for a very long time over multiple different platforms and have helped devs balance games specifically killzone.
Power creep to this extreme hurts the game and you honestly underestimate people's spending ability. Most people will throw money at a new toons that is exclusive to them for that fact alone yet alone them being good.
Where as it's better to have new toons that come out and add dynamics to increase spending it's also detrimental to make previous investments useless or on a near useless level because of the power creep.
There is a thing called balance that this game is severely lacking.
Congratulations, you've discovered what we all have been saying for months. These two toons aren't the first signs of the pay wall, power creep, meta shift, or whatever you want to call it. This change has been ignored up until now by you people when we have been telling you about it for months. It started when they made Wedge f2p, and released Sun Fac. Go hop on the nerf train since you can't handle two toons synergizing with each other, it's as if we've seen that before and did nothing but encourage the devs to remake it #wiggs #SWGORebels
