I want to say no I think it's always been that high, what maybe happened is he got a gear piece or 2 rearranged in his build with the potency changes, happened to a few toons. But ya it's pretty nice now, can hit 5 digits with offence up. Keep me updated on how codys doing. I think enough of us have complained that he will probably get SOMETHING to help his case but if you'd like to add your voice to the discussion you can find it in Feedback-Characters.
