CLS counter

Question

So if CLS has his special ability up he can ignore taunts and has increased chance of counter. I was doing GW and the opponent had Chewbacca's taunt up and a Geonosian hit CLS the counter attack went to Chewie because he had the taunt. But because CLS ignores taunt, shouldn't he have attacked the Geonosian instead?

I don't think counters in general work that way.

But I'm here to tell you that you are incorrect about the ability you reference, call to action. He gains crit and ignoring taunt, but he loses ability to counter unless he's leading or gets retribution.

He only ignores taunt when attacking on his turn and only when he has Call to Action activated.  On counter attacks, taunts cannot be ignored regardless of Call to Action status.

Call to Action specifically states Luke ignores Taunts during his turn. Not sure how much clearer you want that?
