CLS ignoring foresight
Does use the force cleanse all buffs first? My character had foresight but luke still hit baze and I actually still had all buffs (including foresight). So either his basic or use the force did health...

For Burning no it will not allow you to bypass Foresight. Only Stun does.
Burn passes foresight.. it burns the enemy and does very minimal damage through foresight, does not pop the foresight.
Stunned enemies can not dodge, that is why a stunned enemy with foresight is getting hit
