Obviously CLS will still be a beast, but the rework videos I've watched today makes me believe/assume the current meta will shift drastically, especially with the amount of DS teams that are going to pop up.
While I don't think he's the best character in the game, CLS is still the most useful character by a pretty solid margin, even post Vader/Palp rework.
He'll be an arena staple for a long time, can plug into most squads, isn't necessary to be leader to pull his weight, is required in LSTB, is very helpful in TW, and is easily the top character in both raids. For example I typically post 25-30m in HAAT on 2 attacks, and he's used in both.
