- IBAT and Learn Control are awesome, the leader is mediocre.
- IBAT #1, leader ability if you run him lead or learn control if not.
- I have asked a similar question as poll too but betwee the three zetas of CLS, most people say IBAT is the best one. Then his leadership. Learn Control to the last.

Disagree - CLS lead is good without the zeta and this zeta isn’t earth shattering. If you must put one on both unique abilities but tbh you could get away with IBATs and leaving it at that.
So just IBAT you suggest?- But wouldn't that extra tm from lead be able to turn the table to favor especially at the beginning?
When My CLS goes first, then the whole enemy then my other ally go.... I don't know, maybe LC is better - You only gain 5% TM per resisted effect, so it doesn't do a whole ton unless you run a full squad of rebels that debuff...and they get resisted.
Learn Control zeta makes CLS practically immune to debuffs while not having Call to Action buff. - IBAT, then learn Control. Leader ability isn’t as vital.
- Thanks to all of you for helping me!!
- I’d say IBAT first and then it comes down to whether you use him as lead or not. Out of 24 zeta’s, I still don’t have his lead zeta’d.

Ditto. 16 zetas with another on the way tomorrow, no CLS lead or r2's CA and don't see them getting them in the near future.
