but probably him at the end of A New Hope (pilot Luke) or hopefully him in Empire Strikes Back, hes a leader of Rebels in both... With all the Hoth related stuff i would hope the second option

That makes sense. All the new stuff, including hoth leia and hoth han point to luke being an empire strikes back character.

The real question is will he have a light saber?

An Empire Strikes Back version this time. Possibly with an X-wing that may also require R2 as crew.

We will then likely get another version of Luke from Return of the Jedi that will Most likely involve Ewoks to unlock.

probably EP V Luke, the title 'Commander Skywalker' was used in the movie when the snowspeeder pilots were searching for Han and Luke. Though, for me, that would not really make much sense, he is not yet a Jedi here (at least for me, Jedi tag would not be justified) so all we would get is another Rebel which is, frankly, quite boring. A ROTJ-version would be much more welcome, but that might not fit with the Commander tag.

He looks just about ready to go Saber Skating, but yeah although I agree that him just being a Rebel is boring, having him as a Jedi wouldn't be correct honestly...

He killed his friend Dak. Just left him in the speeder. Could have ignited his saber and cut him out. But no, he wanted to be a hero and have John Williams write him a personal score when he blew up the AT-AT . Meanwhile Daks wife and 2 children are suffering the loss.

Dak was already dead.
