Conquest data discs not working?

Every time i pick Up a new datadisc im hyped about it disappoints me because it looks like its not working. 2 shiny leaders resolve? My toon that is 5 speed faster than leader still goes first.. volatile acceleration should deal 10% Max hp dmg to enemy at the start of their turn after being hit .. nothing happens.. tried on different nodes

    I have Bast Fallen faster than Drevan (slkr counter) after 2 leader resloves She still goes first (same Stamina)

    And 10% Max hp doesnt happen, i tried different teams vs different teams put 1x speed so i Can see damages and there is nothing happening during enemy turn

    Yes they are.. Can anyone confirm/deny atleast the leader resolve speed?

    All mine are working fine.

    Assuming you have the disks equipped (column under green arrow) and not just in the inventory (red arrow) what capacity are you at? Is your data capacity over 12? It won't keep the disks equipped if you are over capacity.

    No, im 12/12 I dont understand why its not working.. Also what the hell is that 4 dot Dread man thats OP

    Are the cards stackable?
    So does duplicates provide double bonus if both equipped

    I use them in same Team their Stamina is the same. Maybe leader resolve works but the speed part doesnt
