Conquest tech not working?

Question

So in sector 4 stuck on DR malak node so I applied an initial tether tech consumable but this tech is not applying the DR team does not get ability block at the start of battle, what the heck!

Why give me tech it it doesn’t work?

The tech works fine. You just didn't know your opponents skills in this case. DR converts ability block to ferocity."A bad workman always blames their tools"

Q
