You say he is too powerful, yet don't explain specifically in what way(s); you say you say you have been playing awhile yet don't explain how long...Also, in comparison to who specifically does Dooku actually out damage that is an actual attacker? Counterstrike and high chance of stun are nice, but his chance to ability block compared to others and his first attack's damage compared to others doesn't seem worth the trouble.
