I usually leave him for last, because the consistent triple and quad crit attacks leave my little fellas in a hurt, and my healers are usually stun locked, while the rest of the AI team take out my team. When I do focus him first, God forbid the AI team has a Barriss, and one of my attacks randomly decides to miss the killing blow (which happens often); because then all of that counter damage I ate, was for nothing.
Regardless, in Arena I don't mind as much. But in GW, an AI Dooku almost guarantees I'm going into the next round with life missing from one or more characters, even when I have two healers.
The mistake here is leaving him for last. Never do this. He's a secondary target and should be eliminated as soon as primary targets are gone. Never ever save a counter-bot for last in GW.
1. Take out primary targets (major DPS, reviving healers, heal-blockers, etc.)
2. Whittle Dooku down. Hit him with high-health chars that can absorb his counters (preferably not Jedi). Use specials on him, like Lumi's. Try to stun him. One stun and he is toast. (I love stunning.)
3. Use Sid to heal-block him. When you have him low, if there's a Barriss, ability-block or stun her.
4. Use a tank or healer to regen health/cooldowns. Bring in a secondary healer if necessary when the fight is nearly over, to preserve your primary healer cooldowns. You should be able to end the fight with most of your guys near max unless you are fighting a pure DPS team with no tank or healer.
