Count Dooku, master of makashi and counter attack?

Flawless riposte-Count Dooku has 100% counter chance.

You can’t counter the attacks from stealthed enemy
but you can counter even if you are stealth

That’s how stealth work, it make enemy can’t counter you but you can still counter anything besides got dazed of course

That's pretty much it. He needs to be hit by an AoE, or be surrounded by an entire stealthed team, for instance: zDarth Maul.

In Geo TB it is useful with the B2 rocket droid as he can call dooku to assist. He can be pretty deadly while being protected

You really don't want people hitting Dooku often at all, so yes we get it it seems terrible but you're better off with it. AoE's often do less damage and he can actually survive it. In addition to that it is stealthing all other non tanks which is also a very good thing
