Biggs for example just doesn't care, a Sidious or Vader aoe will almost always fill his turn meter. And the crackling doom fix is a myth too. It doesn't crit anymore but still can trigger the effects; worse than before.
You can't stop boosting these crit-based abilities at all. One more reason to play Rex.
biggs also gains TM when he's hit by an empire toon, wich vader is. Sid isn't though, maybe you meant palpatine?
Yeah, come to think of it, this is probably why they put Sith Assassin and Trooper in, so you can have a team of 5 sith without the Empire tag.
