Hello guys, Back after a long time away, what the most efficient why I should be using my crystals on? If I was to buy some aswel what should I use them for? Character shards? Packs?

If you have the crystal income, make sure your farming and slicing mods. Optimally with 150 crystals a day if you aant to be competitive.
