CT-5555 & Gamorrean Captain
How effective is 5's slow effect with the Gam Captain? I have a gear 10 5's with his 2nd Scanner so Potency is 20% (+40%). Is that strong enough to consistently stick Slow Down on the Captain?

That's the exact squad I used before my Teebo got ready. And as I said some people in my guild get up to 1.3-1.4 mil with that squad and can then still get a p3 run and some p4 runs in because we are about 8 people attempting to clear p1 every raid
