Who To R9
I recently entered the phase of the game where I started to consider Relic 9. I'm unsure which characters are a priority in this regard, and would love your input and recommendations.

I base the R9s on my squad on who is going to give me the most value - TB, TW, GAC, Galactic Challenges, ship pilots, monthly events for good rewards, etc. Usually these are Galactic Legends or Legendary-tier characters, but it is all about who gives you the most value.
